1. Scope
These Terms apply to all inquiries, offers, and deliveries between Vnukov & Co. (“Seller”) and business customers (“Customer”). Sales to consumers are excluded.
2. Inquiries, Offers, Contract Formation
(1) Content on this website does not constitute a binding offer.
(2) The Customer submits an inquiry (e.g., via form/email). The Seller provides an offer (pricing, quantities, availability, delivery/payment terms).
(3) A contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation, invoice confirmation, or delivery (whichever occurs first).
3. Prices
Prices are provided in the offer/order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.
4. Minimum Order Quantities / Packaging Units
MOQ and packaging units are defined in the offer and/or order confirmation.
5. Payment

9. Liability
Statutory liability applies. Where legally permissible, liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages and to essential contractual obligations.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
